Kimberly Marineau

Exeter Hospital Clinical Recruiter
Email: kmarineau@ehr.org    Phone: 603-580-7954

Kim is a Recruiter for Exeter Hospital and has been with the organization for 22.5 years. She has had the opportunity to move up through the years always within the employment division and has been in her recruiter role for the last 7.5 years. The reason Kim joined Exeter Health Resources (EHR) was because she had some previous HR experience in the retail world and wanted to try something new. Kim was moving and just started looking around for new opportunities and stumbled across Exeter Hospital. Like many, she attended a job fair and the folks she met that day did a fantastic job selling the organization. She felt a connection right away and hoped for a phone call for next steps. Kim’s favorite part of the job is hearing people’s “Why” they are in healthcare and hopefully find the right match for them. Sometimes it not always the original job they applied to, it’s doing a little detective work. EHR is invested not only in the patients that step through the door for care but each employee and their wellbeing. Kim believes you feel the energy in any one our facilities. The organization has had some changes along the way, people come and go all the time, but I love to get to meet new people and hope to mentor them in some way but also learn something new! Kim loves to scrapbook – putting together a storybook with pictures let’s her use her creativity in so many ways. She enjoys the comradery with friends who do the same and attends weekend retreats to get her Scrap on!

Our recruiters will reach out to you to schedule a mutually convenient time for a conversation to learn more about your interests, career goals, preferred work locations, desired work hours, an any special interest that you might have such as quality improvement. During the initial phone screen, our recruitment team will provide you an overview of the position with Exeter Health Resources.
