The HR Recruitment Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team by providing administrative and logistical support in all efforts to identify, attract and retain qualified employment candidates.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years’ experience
Major Responsibilities:
- Process new hires, rehires, and internal transfers to ensure accuracy of information for integration into HR System.
- Processes new hire Offer Letter once verbal offer has been extended by recruiter and personal information obtained.
- Initiates background and reference checks for all new hire candidates. Tracks receipt of results. Prints reports and appropriately escalates reports with “alerts” to recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Accountable for accurate completion of personnel files and onboarding paperwork for new hires, including rehires and internal transfers.
- Organizes and facilitates corporate new hire orientation.
- Generates and maintains weekly, monthly or yearly reports assigned by management.
- Track new hire status for compliance with organizational hiring requirements and communicate status updates to various departments.
- Act as guide for new hire through the virtual hiring process to ensure seamless onboarding experience.
- Submit sign on and referral bonus information to Payroll department for processing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
